Provide technical and economic support to producers to help them resolve issues related particularly to:
- Farming techniques and fishing techniques.
- Productivity improvement.
- Improvement of product quality.
- Control of production costs.
- Commercial techniques.
- Storage and packaging techniques.
Develop exchanges with similar organizations or those with the same national or foreign interests, as well as with international organizations.
Undertake any study and gather all scientific and technical documentation related to the sector to disseminate it to users.
Participate in carrying out any other tasks that may directly or indirectly contribute to the development of the agricultural sector.
